Dor & Tan – Ceramic Celadon & Speckle Espresso Cups
A beautiful set of two Espresso Cups, quite stunning local ceramics for your home rig vibes. You could also use them as an egg cup, possibly? These Espresso Cups are inspired by walks on the coast path between Gwithian and St Agnes; salty wind-beaten gorse, walking on spongey mossy grasses and looking out at the infinite ocean. Each object is thrown by hand from clay sourced locally and fired using green energy. The iron-rich clay creates a subtle speckling under the soft Celadon glaze. These traditional processes make every piece unique, no two objects will be identical, sisters not twins.
These minimal white and Speckled Espresso Cups come in pairs, to enjoy a quiet coffee break alone or with a friend. The shape of these cups reflects the curvature of boat hulls, making the form perfect for cupping in your hand.

Note from the creators:
All our pots are made by skilled potters and apprentices in Cornwall. We use kick wheels when throwing (human leg powered), and green energy when firing. We source our clay locally in Cornwall and our glazes from the South West.
How do I look after my ceramics?
They’re resilient! You can put them through the dishwasher. However, we do recommend careful hand washing to keep the pots pristine. Please DO NOT put them in the microwave though, as they can get very hot.
